Let the kids creativity go wild at our Little Picasso Art Class these school holidays. For only $30, they can enjoy an hour long class hosted by Little Picasso, plus enjoy a kids meal afterwards.

Little Picassos provide quality art classes that give each child the opportunity to create their own masterpiece.

Best suited to children from ages 4 - 12 years.*

INFORMATION:

- Wednesday October 12
- Ticket price is $30per child, including lunch and drink
- Session time is 10am – 11am. We are also holding a second session at 11:30am – 12:30pm, please refer to the other event on our page for the booking link

Hosted by Jessica James from Cookncreate, the children will have a great time creating with Chef Jess.

Gumeracha Fifth Sunday Market

Our next market for 2021 is on Sunday 31 October, and we hope you will join us!

The Gumeracha Fifth Sunday Market is held on the occasional months with five weekends, under the gums in Federation Park in Gumeracha, attracting a large number of artisan, craft, handmade and plant stalls. Keep an eye on the Gumeracha Fifth Sunday Market page for details of stalls closer to the day.

We are excited to be hosting this Market on Halloween and you can expect some spooky fun in the park, with a special treat for children who dress up.

The Lions Club of Torrens Valley is bringing the FUN Dog Show back for the October Market. A huge drawcard last year, the Dog Show features a range of categories which are all lighthearted and generate a lot of enjoyment. Keep an eye on the Gumeracha Fifth Sunday Market

There’ll also be fresh food and coffee available, including The Lions Club of Torrens Valley BBQ.

Al Ru Farm is a flowering country garden that changes with the seasons.
Filled with self-sown plants there is always something of interest to enjoy. We would love for you to come and explore our beautiful grounds from 11.30am - 4.00pm.

Your ticket includes a delicious picnic food hamper to enjoy whilst listening to live music.

The garden will be well furnished with tables and chairs. BYO blankets.

Full bar facilities are available. No alcohol to be brought onto the premises. Eftpos onsite.

When purchasing your tickets please select your arrival time. You are welcome to stay for the duration of the event.

Food hampers are nut free. Please advise us of your dietary requirement upon booking.

Join us for a full day of activities with the choice of six topics across four sessions, with a Welcome to Country start:

Indigenous Art/Culture; Experience painting with ochre and learn about the cultural use of art in ceremony. 

Water Watch; What's living in our catchment, collect and learn about waterbugs to determine how healthy our watercourse is.

Biodiversity; Lets be Tree doctors, join our team for hands on activities, activating all your senses and learning about our local plants.

Worms, Worms, Worms; Eat dirt, poo dirt, wriggle forward.... join in this fun, hands on and educational session about the use of worms in recycling food waste.

Nest Box building; Come and learn about why we need to help our woodland birds and arboreal mammals and help build a nest box for your local park.

Revegetation; Join in to help plant 1000 tubes to increase diversity in our patch.
