Equine Wisdom Youth Camp
This summer holiday youth horse retreat is for young people who would love to spend time learning about horses and having fun interacting with them on the ground (this is not a riding camp).
There is no need to have your own horse as this camp works with the Equine Wisdom for Wellbeing herd, who are all experienced therapy horses.
The program includes:
* Learning about the nature of horses and the wisdom they have to offer us and our wellbeing
* Developing new skills in handling and caring for horses including leading and grooming
* Having fun with horses through activities on the ground that build leadership, communication, confidence and capacity including our obstacle course.
Participants camp overnight and contribute to meal preparation for the group. All food is included.
Groups are small 8 participants max
Venue is Wisdom for Wellbeing at Kersbrook in the Adelaide Hills
